Every app has a free plan. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, appear on your Shopify bill, and end when you uninstall.

Billing questions
How am I charged?
Through Shopify. App charges are added to your regular Shopify invoice, so there's no separate card on file with us.
What happens when a trial ends?
Your paid plan starts automatically at the end of the 14-day trial. Uninstall or switch to Free before then and you won't be charged.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from the Plans page inside each app. Shopify prorates the difference.
Do any apps charge overage?
No app charges per-order overage. LYLTY pauses purchase points past your limit instead of charging more. AFLT's paid plans include a percentage fee on approved referral sales, capped every 30 days at the amount shown on each plan.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately.
