SGNL FAQ
How is SGNL priced?
By the number of contacts who can receive email. Every paid plan includes 12 sends per contact each month, so a 5,000-contact list can send 60,000 emails a month.
Can I move my list from Klaviyo or Mailchimp?
Yes. Export a CSV of subscribers and import it under Profiles. Consent status comes with it.
Do I need to verify a domain?
It's strongly recommended. Verifying your sending domain lets email come from your own address and improves inbox placement. SGNL shows the DNS records to add.
