Are there transaction fees?
The Free plan has none. Paid plans add a small performance fee on approved referral sales, billed through Shopify and capped every 30 days, so your maximum monthly cost is always known.
Will my affiliates' old links still work after I switch?
Yes. Import affiliates by CSV and their existing referral links and codes keep tracking.
How do affiliates get paid?
Approve referrals, then pay by PayPal, store credit or gift card from the Payments page. Professional and Enterprise can send PayPal payouts automatically.
