ORDRS FAQ
How does a combined order ship?
Ship the oldest order as usual in Shopify and buy one label for the whole box. ORDRS holds the other orders until then, and within a minute marks them shipped with the same tracking number.
What can customers change on their own?
You choose: shipping address (within the same country), email and phone, size or color swaps, quantities, and on Growth, cancellations. Changes are allowed only within the number of minutes after ordering that you set.
Do held orders show up in Shopify?
Yes. Held orders appear as “On hold” in Shopify with the reason, so nobody ships them by mistake. Timed holds release on their own.
Are there per-order fees?
No. ORDRS has flat monthly prices with no per-order or per-merge fees.
